What counts as a calculation?
Each call to the tariff calculator counts as one calculation, regardless of how many line items are included. One entry with five lines counts as one calculation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information. You only need a credit card when you upgrade to Professional.
What is the IEEPA refund recovery fee?
The assessment is free on all plans. Claim filing is $149 per claim. The recovery fee is charged only on successful claims and is disclosed in the service agreement before you proceed.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security in PostgreSQL, ensuring complete tenant isolation. We do not sell or share your data.
